Postage Charges & Lead Times
Postage is based on the RRP price of the total order. The below charges are based on UK delivery. For delivery outside of the UK & Ireland please contact our customer services team on 01782 744900.
Although we endeavour to despatch all orders by the below lead times these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Standard
Postage
Orders under £7.99 RRP: will have a postage charge of £1.95 and will be sent royal mail 1st class post
Orders between £8.00 RRP and £14.99: will have a postage charge of £2.95 and will be sent royal mail 1st class post
Orders between £15.00 RRP and £39.98: will have a postage charge of £3.95 and will be sent royal mail 1st class post
Orders over £39.99 RRP: will be charged at £5.95
Lead Times
Engraved, Printed, Embroidered and Candles– will be despatched between 1-3 days*
Ceramic & Printed Glass – will be despatched between 3-5 days*
* All orders placed before 1pm will go into production the same day, all orders after 1pm will be classed as the next working day.
Next Day
Postage
Standard postage plus £5.00 for all orders
Lead Time
Engraved, Chocolate, Teddies, Cards, Dye-Sub Mugs, Embroidered* – if ordered before 1pm item will be dispatched the same day, if order is placed after 1pm item will be despatched the next day.
Printed Items* – are not available for next day delivery but will be marked as express delivery (despatched between 1-2 days and delivered the next day via courier).
Ceramic, Candles & Printed Glass *– are not available for next day delivery but will be marked as express delivery (despatched between 3-5 days and delivered the next day via courier).
* Please Note - orders that contain more than 3 items with different processes cannot be guaranteed Next Day or Express delivery.
* Deliveries to Southern Ireland and Northen Areas of Scotland are despatched via a two day service.
Saturday Delivery

For all orders a charge of £10.00 applies for Saturday Delivery
Lead Time
Engraved, Chocolate, Teddies, Cards, Dye-Sub Mugs, Embroidered* – if ordered before 1pm on Friday the item will be despatched the same day for Saturday Delivery.
Ceramic, Candles & Printed Glass – service not available
* Please Note there is a weight restriction of up to 2kg for Saturday Delivery
Courier (This is a signed for courier service not Next Day delivery)

For all orders a charge of £5.95 applies and will be despatched via a tracked courier
For postage to Southern Ireland a charge of £10 + VAT (for UK based customers) applies and will be despatched via a tracked courier
